JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence took place in the year, 2005 and the first information report was lodged against unknown persons but for the first time, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on 18-03-2015 i.e. after ten years of the alleged occurrence and moreover, police remanded the petitioner in the present case only on the ground of suspicion. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
