The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that, on 11.09.2016, in the night, some miscreants entered in the Abhyudai International School, Belbaiya, Dinarara, through window and stolen 25 ceiling fans. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioner as he was working as driver of the school vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55333 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M.
Ist Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
