The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

6 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a field and petitioners are alleged to have hidden the liquor in the field and are also indulged in the trade of illicit liquor. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of petitioners. Recovery has been made from a field. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery as well as clean

No.66629 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 antecedent of petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
