The husband has been admitted to bail and the present petitioner is the mother of the husband, said to be 65 years of age.

The husband was granted bail by Annexure-2 and the submission is that the initial case in the F.I.R. of killing the deceased by poisoning was contradicted by the post-mortem

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43471 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2 / 2 examination report which was indicative of the fact that the death was caused by flames of fire.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on her furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
