Though defect No. 6(1) and 6(2) so pointed out by the office relating to Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1529/2019 have been removed but beyond the peremptory period and further by way of filing certified copy of the FIR of Dehri (Dalmianagar) PS Case No. 355/2003, it has been submitted that defect no. 6(4) appears to be ignorable on account of typographical error

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53823 of 2019(4) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 having at para-3 of the judgment impugned and considering the same, stretching the effect of order dated 25.06.2019, Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1529/2019 is directed to be restored to its original status.

Consequent thereupon, Cr. Misc. No. 53823/2019 is allowed.
