An application has been moved for seeking modification of the order dated 13.04.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14493 of 2021 and to change the district in the address mentioned in the cause title from East Champaran to West Champaran.

I have considered the application and find that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1904 of 2022(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 residential address of the petitioner is mentioned as Areraj, P.S. Gobindganj, district East Champaran, which is correct. So far as the prayer for modification of the respondents is concerned, since the petition was disposed of with liberty to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, the petitioner is free to make aforesaid correction in his appeal.

The order does not require any correction and this petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
