The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No.85 of 2013, a case under Sections 355/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed away the wife of the informant to go with him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2017. No one had seen the wife of the informant along with the petitioner, which would be evident from the case-diary. The report of the Superintendent of Police would further reveal that all steps for recovery of the victim has been taken which has not been done

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55075 of 2017 (4) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ uptil now. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
