2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 registered under Sections 324(2), 324(3), 121(1), 125, 3(5), 303(2) and 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the FIR, a Sonalika Tractor was seized with the allegation that it was involved in illegal mining and transportation of sand. The accused persons unlawfully obstructed the police personnel and started pelting stones also. They were identified in video footage.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54860 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent. She is neither named in the FIR nor amongst the persons, seen in the videograph. Subsequently, in the case diary, the I.O. mentioned that he mistakenly endorsed the name of Lalita Kumari in place of the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Mines Department submits that it is the routine of the petitioner and other co-accused persons to cause hindrance to the police personnel in discharge of official duty.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-2, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) AjayMishra/- U T
