The petitioners are in custody in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017, a case under Sections 341, 323, 379, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are alleged to have burnt the house of the informant. The I.O. found the sign of burn at the place of occurrence. Petitioners are in custody since 02.10.2017. Submission is that the parties have entered into the compromise.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59500 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Shyampur Bhatha Police Station Case No. 74 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
