Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case, the charge has already been framed but inadvertently it has been mentioned that charge has not been framed. It further appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39181 of 2017 further shows that the application had been disposed of with direction that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

As such the petitioner may move before the learned trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56026 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 court for grant of bail, which will be disposed of by the learned trial court by a reasoned order.
