This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the driver of the informant was carrying the tractor towards Salmari the informant gave Rs.3,00,000/- to his driver to hand over the same to his friend, namely, Nirmal Bubna and in the way, the petitioner robbed the said amount and also, snatched the mobile of the driver. It is also alleged that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Kadwa (Baliya Belon) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Gopal Prasad, J) Vats/- U T
