No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent and in the present case except suspicion and confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.case No. 32 of 2015.
