The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For setting aside the order contained in Memo no. 422 Patna dated 08.04.2022, passed and issued by Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar cancelling appointment/ empanelment as an Advocate for conducting the cases in State Appellate Authority vide Memo no. 625 dated 14.05.2018 on an allegation that without observing requirement to natural justice or in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14519 of 2022 dt.04-07-2023 2/2 absence of authority under law and the further prayer for restoration of his position as it was in terms of 14.05.2018 with permission to conduct the works as entrusted earlier."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties are agreeable that in case the stigma attached with the impugned order dated 08.04.2022 is removed, the same would serve the interest of justice.

Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with the consent of the parties with an observation that the stigma attached with the impugned order dated 08.04.2022, passed by the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna, qua the petitioner herein, shall not cause any impediment in the future career prospects of the petitioner.
