Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 for the offence under sections 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and at the relevant time she was Secretary of Shiksha Samiti.

Learned counsel submits that she has no direct role in the construction of school building for which fund was allocated.

He submits that Headmaster of the school involved in the construction has been granted privilege of bail on certain

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
