Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and previous land dispute between the parties. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor. Petitioner is an old lady aged 60 years and has no criminal antecedent.

Case o. 40 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
