Gone through the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherefrom it is evident that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Statement of accused had already been taken. Now, the case hinges over defence. That means to say, now the ball is in the court of petitioner. In case, there happens to be proper cooperation at the end of the petitioner, then in that event, the learned lower Court will stick over his undertaking and will conclude the trial by 30.06.2016. With regard to reconsideration of prayer, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see any further scope for reconsideration.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
