====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-02-2026 This Request Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer for appointment of Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties which has arisen on account of property dispute.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since there is no arbitration clause and there is also no
