The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. T. No. 106 of 2015 arising out of Triveniganj, P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 registered under Sections 354B, 366, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55930 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2 / 2 school teacher was intercepted while she was on way to her school and the petitioner, who is a grown up man having three children, forcibly tried to abduct her. She has further contended that charges have already been framed on 16th July 2015 and the prosecution would examine all its witnesses within the shortest possible time.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The learned A.D.J. The prosecution is also directed to produce all its witnesses within six months from today, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the Court below itself.
