The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, specific allegation has been made against both the petitioners by the informant that they gave sword blow repeatedly on his head causing injuries. Further, allegation is on other accused persons of assaulting his son.

Considering the kind of allegation that both the
