2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 43 of 2022, arising out of Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution, the main accused Dipak Kumar is said to have taken the victim girl. The petitioner is said to be related with the main accused having clean antecedent and he is in jail since 23.03.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special JudgePOCSO, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with POCSO Case No. 43 of 2022, arising out of Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021.
