Thereafter, an application for restoration has been filed on 07th August 2024, i.e., well within a period of limitation.

2. I have perused the instant application, the grounds stated by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in support of his prayer for restoration of the case is satisfactory and accordingly, the instant Cr. Misc. case is allowed.
