2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2025 arising out of Mokama P. S. Case No. 442 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the sister of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased who died due to throttling. Charges have already been framed on 14.05.2025 and there is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55194 of 2025(3) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 no allegation of tampering with the evidence against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2024.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-V, Barh in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 442 of 2023.
