2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498A, 323, 342, 120B, 328, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and being mother-in-law and father-in-law have been

It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation, as alleged in the complaint, it would manifest that the complainant alleges that she was married to Sumit on 13.12.2021 and after marriage, the accused persons started demanding dowry and for nonfulfillment of the demand, the complainant was subjected to cruelty by her husband including her in-laws. It is next submitted that whenever such dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, false case alleging torture for dowry demand is instituted implicating all the family members in a mechanical manner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in
