The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P.(Patna Jn) P. S. Case No. 326 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379,411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that while travelling in a train mobile phone of the informant and two other persons, namely Vivek Sapra and Ravikant Thakur has been snatched. It is alleged that three persons including this petitioner were apprehended by the police. It is further alleged that from possession of this petitioner mobile phone of Ravi Kant Thakur has been recovered.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to altercation during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53124 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 journey in the train with the informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.6.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the JM Rail Patna Junction, Patna, in connection with in G.R.P.(Patna Jn) P. S. Case No. 326 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
