JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 09.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture due to illicit relationship of the petitioner with some other girl and causing injury to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no illicit relationship with any girl. The informant received accidental burn injury. The petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 14 of the petition which reads as follows:- "Petitioner is still ready to keep the Opp. Party no.2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56475 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 with full regard and respect."

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.
