2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was dragged by the petitioner and Kachalu Roy is said to be the assailant of the deceased. The main accused Kachalu Roy has been granted bail vide order dated 10.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 47603 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63898 of 2024(4) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia/ concerned Court in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
