The petitioner Navin Kumar Singh @ Bittu Kumar Singh is in custody in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015 under Section 302,201/34 of I.P.C.

According to the prosecution case, the informant's son was murder by unknown persons. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons. During course of investigation, the witnesses raised strong suspicion against the petitioner that he might have killed the deceased as prior to the occurrence, the petitioner was assaulted by the deceased and other persons in connection with teasing of a girl.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55525 of 2015 (4) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 Perused the case diary. From perusal of the case diary, prima-facie it appears that the case of the prosecution is based on suspicion only.

In view of the above fact, I direct that the petitioner Navin Kumar Singh @ Bittu Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015.
