The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No.11 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 223, 379, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are mother-in-law and fatherin-law of the informant whereas petitioner no.2 is the maternal uncle of the informant.

No.67817 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 In view of the fact that this is a case triable by the magistrate and considering the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 373, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within teen weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No.11 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
