17-12-2015 Heard Sri Bijay Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Siwan Mufassil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

A loaded pistol has been alleged to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In paragraph - 3, a statement has been made that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13-08-2015.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55328 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 namely Vijay Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/concerned court in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015.
