14-09-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Mukherjee, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Nawal Kishore Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Three petitioners, who are father-in-law, mother-inlaw and younger brother of husband of the deceased, have approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 535 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that it was accidental death and petitioners have falsely been implicated. It has also been argued that petitioners are residing separately and as such, it is a case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38141 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 However, after going through the F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
