JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, when his house was raided, Rs. 700/- is said to have been recovered from his house. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.09.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T I P. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it appears that in the year 2012 one case for the offence under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
