The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Adapur P.S. Case No. 22/2016 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim has made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has disclosed her age to be 18 years. The victim denied that she had been kidnapped by the petitioner. The victim disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28041 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Adapur P.S. Case No. 22/2016 (GR NO. 119/14), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
