ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.07.2014 passed by the 1st Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Cr. Rev. No. 72 of 2011 by which it has affirmed the order dated 05.02.2011 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhgalpur in Misc. Case No. 7 of 2009 by which it has enhanced the maintenance allowance from Rs. 400/- per month to Rs. 800/- per month.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already.
