2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 384, 363 , 366 (A) of the IPC .

3 . As per prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has supported the prosecution case and stated that when she had left for college after informing her mother, on the way , this petitioner forcibly took her on his motorcycle and tried to marry her forcibly after converting to islam.

4. Considering the nature of accusation of this
