One sim is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner was lodged in jail in connection with other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in NDPS no. 05/2015 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case no. 534/2015.
