====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the victim girl namely Muskan Kumari in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has not stated anything against these petitioners. The age of the victim girl was found to be 19 to 20 years which was examined by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74445 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 doctor as is evident from Annexure-3. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
