Ms Veena Kumari Jaiswal, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-06-2022 The matter has been notified today for being taken up during vacation since the order dated 01.06.2022, granting bail to the petitioner, was suffering with some typographical error of inadvertence. The same was pointed out by the Court's office and, therefore, has been listed for correction of the typographical mistake.

In the order dated 01.06.2022, instead of Cr Misc No 66250 of 2021, the same has been typed as Cr Misc No 65250 of 2021. Since the wrong case number has been typed, the incorrect description of the parties is also reflected in the order dated 01.06.2022.

In view thereof, this Court would direct that the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66250 of 2021(2) dt.02-06-2022 2/2 dated 01.06.2022, in so far as criminal miscellaneous number is concerned, be rectified from Cr Misc No 65250 of 2021 to Cr Misc No 66250 of 2021. The consequential rectification in description of the parties would also follow. The order dated 01.06.2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

Pending application, Cr Misc No 65250 of 2021 was not listed on 01.06.2022, nor considered by this Court. However, in view of the inadvertent typographical error, this Court would take notice of the fact that the order dated 01.06.2022 would have been uploaded in the digital data base as an order passed in Cr Misc No 65250 of 2021, though no such order has been passed in this case.

In view thereof, the Registry is directed to take appropriate steps for deleting order dated 01.06.2022 from the data base of Cr Misc No 65250 of 2021, maintained by National Informatics Centre.
