JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2015 registered under sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 385, 384, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the allegation of extortion is confined only against co-accused Chandan Kumar and the petitioners, who have no criminal antecedent, have been implicated in the present case merely because they happen to be the brother of Chandan Kumar.

Regard being had to the fact that the main allegation is against co-accused Chandan Kumar, the petitioners, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55881 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Santosh Kumar and Sanjeet Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Anand, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.92 of 2015.
