In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Chakiya (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 370,366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act. In the present case, a ghastly allegation has been leveled by the daughter against her father of sexual abuse which apparently clear from the FIR and later on it was corroborated by statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim girl. Counsel for the petitioner had tried to show that this case has been instituted at the instance of Panditji with whom she was living.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56929 of 2015 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 This Court is not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
