No. 3846 of 2017 by an order dated 19.08.2019 passed in this case. However, considering the nature of relief which the petitioner is seeking, it has been heard separately and is being disposed of by the present order.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking quashing of a result dated 25.06.2019 published by the Bihar Public Service Commission issued against the Advertisement No. 02/2016 whereby age relaxation has not been granted to him on the ground that

Patna High Court CWJC No.16728 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2021 2/2 Niyojit Teachers are not government employees. It is not in dispute that the entire selection process arising out of the said advertisement has been set aside by this Court by an order dated 22.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15081 of 2018.

This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. It is stated at the bar, however, that under the Letters Patent of this Court an appeal has been preferred against this Court's order dated 22.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15081 of 2018. It goes without saying that depending upon the outcome of the LPA No. 384 of 2021, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
