JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he has deposited the entire amount of Rs.3,36,885/- in the electricity department and in support of it he has also filed receipts. The counsel for the electricity department submits that if the entire amount has already been deposited, he will not contest the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the application is disposed off with a direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45185 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 petitioner to surrender in the court below along with all the receipts showing deposit of the amount of Rs.3,36,885/- and in the event the court below is satisfied that the aforesaid amount has been deposited by the petitioner, he will grant bail to the petitioner on the same day, to his own satisfaction.

With aforesaid observations and direction, the application stands disposed off.
