2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation, but later on one time settlement has been done between the parties and in this regard, they have jointly filed an application before the court of learned C.J.M. 1st
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56574 of 2022(7) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 Class, Vaishali at Hajipur as mentioned in para 4 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. This fact is also not denied by learned counsel for the complainant.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1400 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
