Considering the nature of the activity having at the end of appellant and its resultant whereunder informant has sustained grievous as well as dangerous to life injuries having over delicate part of body, there happens to be no need to reconsider. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial as, charge had already been framed as disclosed by learned counsel for the appellant.
