2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of contempt of court proceeding against the Opp.Parties /contemnors for their willful and intentional

Patna High Court MJC No.2662 of 2025(6) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 act of contempt of this Hon'ble court by not complying the Order dated-23-07-2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No.13422/2023 and punish them suitably for contempt of this Hon'ble court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order has been passed and the claim has been rejected.

4. As such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate petition challenging the said order.

5. Granting said liberty, the MJC No. 2662 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
