Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Petitioner is resident of village- Doghra, District- Bhojpur whereas informant is resident of station road, Bihia, District- Bhojpur and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner has been dragged in this case by the informant at the behest of enemies of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the petitioner was not known to the informant prior to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.9.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55233 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Bhojpur in connection with Bihia P.S.Case No. 124 of 2015.
