2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 329 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the police arrested some persons who were found involved in helping the person to cheat in the examination for recruitment of constable. The petitioner is member of the gang having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 329 of 2023.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Karpi Police Station, District- Arwal on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.

8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is to appear in some competitive examination and he may be granted permission to appear in the examination. If the petitioner is issued any admit card, the Magistrate will direct the police to allow him to appear in the examination in police custody.
