Petitioner, namely Bijay Kumar Paswan @ Bijay K. Paswan is in custody in Pandaul P.S. Case No.149 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427, 379 and 440 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused Mr. Manish Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court and the case of the present petitioner is on same footing as that of the co-accused person who has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No.42204 of 2015.

Perused the order passed by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.42204 of 2015. It appears that the case of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55566 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 petitioner is on same footing as that of the co-accused who has already been granted bail on 15.09.2015.

In view of the above facts and circumstance of the case, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S.
