2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 297/2025 dated 26.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 103(1) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have pushed the informant's mother from the stairs of the first floor, causing severe injury to her and during the course of the treatment she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady. The petitioner has no any

As per para nos. 6, 7, 8, 10 and 16, the witnesses have stated that the deceased sustained head injury due to which she died during the course of the treatment, however, the postmortem report shows that there is no mechanical wound found over the body of the deceased. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 297/2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
