16-09-2016 Heard Sri Rajiva Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no serious accusation against the petitioner. He submits that injury report also suggests that there was no serious injury on the part of the informant.
However, after going through the F.I.R., it is evident that the petitioner is the main accused.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38189 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
