Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madanpur P.S. Case No.246 of 2018, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have carried sand on his tractor bearing Registration No.BR26GA/4775.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was carrying soil from the riverbed for filling his field but the police falsely implicated the petitioner. Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74442 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.246 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
